Tendring's first dance school and pilates studio. Dance Foundation Est 1958, Tendring's longest running dance school offering classes in classical ballet, tap, modern theatre/lyrical, jazz and acro. Pilates Foundation Training Ltd Est 2011, Tendring's first pilates and reformer studio. All our teachers are extremely experienced and qualified to a high level in all classes on offer.
